Delivery Terms & Conditions


1. Standard Tracked Delivery (£3.95 or FREE on orders over £35)

Orders over £35 qualify for free standard tracked delivery.For orders under £35, a £3.95 delivery charge applies.

Handling Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). 

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days. Deliveries take place 6 days a week, except on Sunday and  public holidays.

2. Express Delivery (£5.95 – 24 to 48 Hours)


If you need your order faster, you can opt for Express Delivery at £5.95 per order.

Handling Time: Orders placed before 12PM will be processed the same day.

Delivery Time: Expected delivery within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and bank holidays). Available only for addresses within England, Scotland, and Wales. During peak periods, this service may be temporarily unavailable.

3. Click & Collect – FREE (Bethnal Green, London Only)

Click & Collect is available only at our store in Massingham Chemist, 197-199 Roman road, Bethnal Green, London, E2 0QY.

Processing Time: Orders will be ready for collection within 24 hours of placing the order. Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup. Orders must be collected within 10 days of being available.

4. Order Processing & Handling Times

Standard tracked delivery orders are processed within 24 hours before being dispatched.Orders placed after 12PM will be processed the following working day.Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery Areas & Restrictions


We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, and Wales. Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Service Limitations


During peak seasons, such as holidays or major sales events, delivery times may be longer than usual. Weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery schedules. We are not responsible for delays once the package is with the courier, but we will assist in tracking any delayed shipments.
